This one of a kind ring features a Blue Sapphire cabochon (7mm, 2.35cts), Diamonds (.14tcw) and Hot Pink Sapphires (.08tcw) in an entirely hand fabricated setting of 22kt yellow gold with Platinum and 22kt yellow gold granulation on a forged and oxidized sterling silver band, 4mm wide.
